Stylish stay with great transport links

The hotel is decorated nicely and the breakfast area felt cute. The location had good access to transport. Metro and bus stops were nearby. My flight was later in the evening and staff allowed me to store my bags in a secure room by reception. The staff were also friendly.
The air conditioner made a loud, strange noise about once every hour. This kept waking me up throughout the night. The shower also didn't drain properly, so it was like a flood during showers.

the staff seemed very friendly and helpful to me. the location had good access to transport with metro and bus. finding places to eat was easy because they were near by and also mini supermarkets, even a fast food mcdonald's were a short walk away.
the breakfast was not so good. i think there weren't any prepared hot dishes. you had to boil eggs by yourself. i just took a raw egg on my plate and this is not hygienic actually because i didn't notice that they needed to be boiled, and of course i broke it into my plate.

i experienced ants in my room they were on the bed and around some biscuits i had bought the staff changed the room for me but i was told the problem exists in other rooms as well dust was also present in the rooms

Charming stay close to everything

The room was well presented and suited our needs perfectly. The hotel is very close to both metro and bus lines. Moulin rouge is within walking distance. There are nice restaurants and bars located close to the hotel too. The staff are helpful and lovely.
This was not ideal. The staircase was unsafe as well. The hotel is also in an area where litter, spit and dog poop are quite common.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near metro and RER lines. Supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. Exploring the surrounding area felt safe, especially in the evening hours. It provides easy access to transportation and essential amenities.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, they even indulged my attempts to speak some French. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and i found that quite useful. I can't stress enough how accommodating they were.

The rooms are clean and well appointed, with the option to control the heating. The breakfast offers plenty of choices and the bed was comfortable. It was a great value for the money and i would return.
